LHH is recruiting for a full-time, REMOTE Social Media Manager for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you are read to help shape how a growing fintech brand shows up, this role may be for you!
Location: Remote. Open to candidates in Central and Eastern Time Zones only in the United States.
Compensation: $100K-$120K + benefits
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.
Role Requirements:
3–5 years of social media experience in financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated industry.
Proven success creating high-performing content across platforms
Strong grasp of trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
Creative mindset with a sharp eye for design and storytelling
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma
Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
If you are an experienced social media professional who is passionate about developing and executing social media strategies for brands, developing engaging content across various social media platforms, using a sharp eye for what dynamic social creative and content looks like, enjoys collaboration with in a fast-paced environment with a high performing team, and uses data analysis and metrics to determine campaign performance and optimization, apply today!
