\n About the Role
\nWe are seeking a Sales Operations Professional for our client in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a dynamic team supporting sales operations. The role is responsible for managing pricing, product data, and customer/broker/vendor interactions while enabling the Sales team to work more efficiently and effectively.

\n Key Responsibilities \n

    \n\t
  • Manage sales operations activities including new customer setup, promotional execution, data collection, deductions, contract management, and master data set-up.\n\t
  • Enter and manage opportunities in Salesforce and ensure alignment with procurement systems.\n\t
  • Coordinate samples for targeted customers and maintain sales tracking documents (awards, losses, inventory, etc.).\n\t
  • Provide customers with information to set up vendor accounts and add new items to purchasing systems.\n\t
  • Support integration projects, process improvements, and training for new business functions and initiatives.\n\t
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer timelines and requirements are met.\n

\n Qualifications \n\n
    \n\t
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\t
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related functions.\n\t
  • Advanced Excel expertise required (v-lookups, h-lookups, pivot tables).\n\t
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets.\n\t
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\t
  • Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with internal/external partners.\n\t
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Salesforce experience a plus.\n\t
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.\n
