Job DescriptionKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist Cook 1 in planning, preparing, and serving three daily meals plus snacks for crew members.Handle meal prep, cooking support, and plating as directed by Cook 1.Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.Wash dishes, clean equipment, and keep food storage areas organized.Monitor food supplies and assist with stocking and inventory.Follow all company safety, sanitation, and compliance policies.RequirementsVerifiable cooking or kitchen experience (offshore or large-scale kitchen preferred).High school diploma or GED equivalent.Valid State ID or Drivers License.Social Security Card.Current TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).Ability to commit to a 14/7 offshore rotation schedule.Desired SkillsAbility to work under supervision and follow instructions from Cook 1.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced offshore environment.Preferred Certifications (Not Required)Safe Gulf / Rig Pass / Safe LandTHUET Water Survival / HUET (Training support available if certifications are not current.)Cook 2 CompensationCompetitive weekly pay: $2,756 per week (Based on a 14/7 offshore rotation, 12-hour shifts with overtime)
