This individual collaborates with senior leadership to enhance business capabilities through strategic technology planning and execution. Leading a small, agile team, the role is responsible for driving innovation, overseeing system implementations, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimizing the technology landscape to support operational excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business priorities. Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders to define requirements for new systems and process improvements. Lead evaluations of technology solutions and manage full-cycle implementations. Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization's goals. Ensure smooth integration and data flow across enterprise platforms. Monitor system performance and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and enhance functionality. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and cybersecurity protocols. Provide training and support to promote user adoption and maximize technology ROI. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing software. ERP knowledge and systems that provide enhancements. Proven ability to develop and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap. Proven experience with enterprise systems and supporting technologies. Background in operational environments such as logistics, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful technology deployments. Proficiency in tools for planning, analysis, and system integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation through technology.
