Magee Resource Group has partnered with a not-for-profit health system in the South to recruit a Director of Patient Experience . Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, this system leader will engage with and support system and operational leaders, helping them drive patient- and family-centered care approach. This leader will understand the customer viewpoint, service excellence, and have the ability to engage with leaders as well as frontline staff; to help them deliver excellence in patient experience. This is an opportunity for the right visionary to develop an excellent program in patient/family centered care, embraced by a health system where they believe relationships matter, leading strategic initiatives in engagement, education, safety, communication, and loyalty. By strengthening hospital relationships and optimizing partnerships, the Director will build a foundation for measurable, sustainable improvements in patient experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, hospitality, communications, or related field (master’s preferred). Proven experience delivering high-quality customer or patient experience initiatives. Strong leadership skills with ability to develop strategy, inspire teams, and build relationships systemwide.
