Position Summary
We are seeking ambitious Data Scientists to drive business transformation initiatives for leading companies across industries. As we experience rapid growth, we're looking for core team members to shape our future success.

Responsibilities

1. Lead digital transformation projects for major clients
2. Develop data strategies and architecture for business transformation
3. Provide consulting services in strategy development and DX planning
4. Design and implement machine learning/analytics solutions
5. Support clients in decision-making through data-driven approaches

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in one or more of:

• Data Science (Machine Learning, Statistics)
• Programming (Python, R)
• AI consulting/development
• Data platform development (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)

Required Japanese skill

N2

Hybrid

Office hours

Flextime system (standard working hours per day: 8 hours, 60 minute break)
No core time
* Most employees work between 9:00 and 18:00.
* Arrival and departure times will vary depending on the project.
