Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with MarTech experience with a strong foundation in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing technology tools and platforms along with strong data engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of hands-on Snowflake , Braze and Matillion . This role involves working closely with cross functional teams to support data-driven initiatives across the organization and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Integration :

• • Connect various marketing platforms (CRM, SMS/Push/email marketing, analytics, automation tools) to ensure data flows smoothly across systems.

Data Management :

• • Design and maintain data pipelines for marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement data models within Snowflake to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.

Automation :

• • Build and manage workflows for marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer journeys.

Custom Development :

• • Develop scripts or small applications (often in JavaScript or Python) to support marketing initiatives.

Compliance & Security :

• • Ensure marketing technologies comply with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Platform Monitoring and Optimization:

• • Monitor data pipeline and ETL performance, identifying bottlenecks and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in  JavaScript ,  SQL , JSON, YAML and  API integrations
• Experience with  CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce),  marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Marketo), and  analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with  cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and  CDPs (Customer Data Platforms)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
