Content Designer (Creative & Design Guidelines) , 2381-1

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Content Designer to join our team on a short-term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for aggregating, organizing, and mapping out various creative and design guidelines that shape the Product ecosystem. Your work will help ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility of design resources for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Aggregate existing creative and design guidelines from multiple sources within the Product organization.
• Audit, analyze, and synthesize content to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation.
• Create clear, structured documentation and visual maps that illustrate the relationships and hierarchies among guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and content teams to validate and refine documentation.
• Recommend improvements to the accessibility, discoverability, and usability of guidelines.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content designer, UX writer, or similar role within a digital product environment.
• Strong organizational, research, and synthesis skills.
• Experience mapping complex content ecosystems, ideally within large organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with design systems and creative guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Figma, Miro) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working with entertainment or tech companies.
• Understanding and / or familiarity with the brand

Pay Rate Range:

• $75-90/hr.
