Position: Carpet Technician
Location: Charleston, SC
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly average (salary + commission + tips)
What You'll Do:
Drive company vehicles to customer homes and businesses
Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and tile cleanings using Zerorez’s advanced technology
Deliver 5-star customer service and build long-term client relationships
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment with a mechanical mindset
Educate customers on our process and recommend additional services
Represent the Zerorez brand with pride and professionalism
Qualifications:
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Clean background check
Strong communication and customer service skills
Mechanically inclined – you're comfortable with tools and light equipment maintenance
Previous experience in carpet cleaning is a plus (but not required – we’ll train you!)
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Schedule:
8-10 hour shifts
Work Monday to Friday with some rotating weekends. You’ll also get a weekday off that rotates with the team — because everyone deserves a break!
Overtime and evening availability as needed
