Overview: Higher Point Carpet Care, located in Longwood, FL, is seeking an experienced Carpet and Water Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a clean and valid Driver's License, demonstrate proficiency in carpet, flooring, and water restoration, and have the physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. The position requires open availability and the flexibility to work on-call after hours. We offer weekly pay and are looking for dedicated individuals who can contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning and restoration services with a high level of expertise.
• Handle water damage restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment used in carpet and water restoration.
• Lift and move heavy equipment and furniture, up to 50 lbs.
• Carpet, tile, vinyl cleaning and carpet repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in water damage restoration.
• Valid and clean Driver's License is required.
• Previous experience in carpet and flooring restoration.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and furniture (at least 50 lbs).
• Open availability and willingness to work on-call after hours.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong consideration for Spanish speaking candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
