*Our Ideal Candidate *
We are looking for someone who is clear on their purpose for practicing veterinary medicine, is goal-
oriented with a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This
includes:
● Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.
● Active or eligible for licensure in Michigan.
● A Collaborative approach to patient care, with the ability to work closely with a dedicated team.
● Intellectual curiosity, with a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind each case.
● Strong interest in internal medicine and the ability to work up complex cases.
● Open to learning and teaching, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
● Ability to lead by example and contribute to community initiatives.
Your Role and Impact
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the standard of care we provide. This
includes:
● Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse range of cases
● Collaborating with a supportive team of doctors, specialists, and staff to ensure the best outcomes for our
patients.
● Working up complex cases, including performing surgeries and managing emergencies when needed.
● Educating and building lasting relationships with clients to ensure they are well-informed and confident in
their pets’ care.
● Continuously developing your skills through hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities.
● Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
