Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations to maintain precise account balances.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely transactions.
• Utilize accounting software systems to record and analyze financial data effectively.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts to support organizational compliance.
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to implement financial best practices and streamline workflows.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize accounting functions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in financial records.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling month-end closings and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ADP, Concur, and ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Familiarity with auditing procedures and balance sheet account reconciliation.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in financial management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes.
